APECS NIR OCP Camo Parka with Insulating Liner — Military-Grade Waterproof Cold Weather Combat Jacket

Premium waterproof, breathable tri-laminate APECS parka engineered to MIL-DTL-32157 military specifications. This tactical cold weather parka features a removable insulated nylon liner with Climashield insulation, delivering warmth without bulk. NIR (Near-Infrared) technology integrated into brushed nylon outer shell provides advanced thermal concealment for tactical operations.

Built for demanding conditions with waterproof zippers, VELCRO® pocket and wrist closures, adjustable draw cords at waist and hem, stowaway hood, and reinforced elbow patches. Liner snaps securely to parka or wears independently as a lightweight insulated jacket. Durable, quiet ripstop nylon construction resists noise, weather, and contamination.

• Sleeve is measured from center back neck to wrist. This measurement should be +/- 1″ for shorts & longs
