What is Night Link Tactical?
Night Link Tactical is a tactical lifestyle brand built for those who value discipline, performance, and precision. Our apparel is designed for the range, the gym, and everyday wear while representing a mindset of operating under pressure.
How do your sizes fit?
Our apparel runs true to size with an athletic fit. If you prefer a looser or more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
Are your designs limited?
Some designs are released in limited quantities and may not restock once sold out. If you see something you like, act fast.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes. We run seasonal promotions and exclusive drops.

COLLECTION PARTNERSHIPS & ORDERS
What are Collection Partnerships?
Collection Partnerships feature products from independent brands available through NightLink Tactical. Each partner manages its own product selection and pricing.
How are partner collection orders fulfilled?
Partner collection items may be prepared and shipped by the partner brand. Processing and fulfillment arrangements can vary by product. Please review the product details and your order confirmation.
Will partner items ship separately from NightLink Tactical items?
Yes, they may. If your order includes products from NightLink Tactical and a partner collection, items may arrive in separate packages with different tracking details and delivery dates.
Do partner collections have different shipping times?
They may. Partner products can have different processing and delivery timelines from NightLink Tactical products. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Can I use NightLink Tactical discounts or VIP benefits on partner collections?
No. NightLink Tactical promotional codes and VIP lifetime discounts do not apply to partner collection products. Partner brands establish their own pricing and eligible offers.
How do I get help with a partner order, return, or damaged item?
Contact info@nightlinktactical.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage or incorrect items, include photos. Return eligibility and instructions may vary by partner product; please contact us before sending anything back.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How does order processing work?
All items are made to order after your order is received and confirmed. Once your order is placed, it enters production and fulfillment. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship within the United States only. Domestic shipping typically takes 1 to 8 business days after fulfillment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Why does my order take a few days before shipping?
Because each item is made to order, production begins only after your order is received and confirmed. This process helps maintain quality, reduce waste, and ensure your item is properly prepared before shipment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following items are non-returnable: custom or personalized products, digital products, and items marked as Final Sale.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@nightlinktactical.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it with a replacement, refund, or store credit at no cost to you.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. For the fastest service, place a new order for the correct item and return the original item if eligible.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact returns@nightlinktactical.com for returns only. Include your order number and reason for return. If applicable, include photos.
DESIGNS & SUPPORT
What should I know about your artwork and designs?
Some visual assets used by Night Link Tactical are licensed artwork for exclusive use by NightLink Tactical. We hold the legal commercial rights to use those assets for our brand, products, and marketing. However, the underlying artwork itself still belongs to the original artist unless otherwise stated. Other artwork and designs are fully owned by NightLink Tactical LLC. All Night Link Tactical branding, original designs, and owned creative assets may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without written permission.
Can I copy, reuse, or print your designs?
No. Night Link Tactical designs, branding, logos, and creative assets may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for personal or commercial purposes without written permission.
