Night Link Tactical — Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Items returned after 15 days are not eligible for refund unless defective.
  • Final sale / non-returnable items: custom products, personalized items, digital products, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@nightlinktactical.com with photos and your order number.
  • We will replace, refund, or credit your account for defective or incorrect items at no cost to you.

3. Return Shipping

  • For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Night Link Tactical covers return shipping.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For faster service, place a new order for the correct item and return the original.
